Under-fire Norwich City boss Liam Manning said sorry to the fans for making a sharp exit down the players' tunnel after the Canaries' sixth straight loss.
Manning faced calls for his head from some fans at Carrow Road during the 2-0 defeat by Hull City and admitted he should not have disappeared at the final whistle.
He told BBC Radio Norfolk: "I apologise to the fans for that, it's not good from me.
"I'm hurting, it's not the right thing to do and I apologise to everyone for that.
"It's the same message, you keep fighting.
