Norwich City boss Liam Manning called on his players to take more personal responsibility in games following their sixth successive home defeat of the season.
The Canaries went down 1-0 to his former club Bristol City, a result which left them 20th in the table.
"We need a few to start stepping up and owning performances because everything is just too nice around the place - we have to try and change that," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"There was some nice football but nothing at the end of it, not enough aggression, not enough purpose, not enough intent when you're losing a game to get on the front foot and change it.
