Delia Smith says negativity among some Norwich City fans is making it tough for players to perform.
The club's majority shareholder said: "To have that negativity there, all the good supporters get overwhelmed by the 'boo-boys' with the loudest voices."
The Canaries are 14th in the Championship table with seven wins from their opening 18 matches.
She was speaking after the club's annual general meeting at Carrow Road.
