Norwich City’s Carrow Road store will reopen from 9:30am on Friday, August 14.
The shop has been closed since March 21 because of the COVID-19 pandemic but we reopen for between 9.30am and 5pm on both Friday and Saturday. The store will be closed Sunday but then open again on Monday.
A number of measures have been put in place to make the store as safe as possible for staff and customers. These include:
- All customers (less those with valid medical reasons) to wear a face covering when in our store
- Only 15 customers will be permitted inside the store at one time
- There are hand sanitisation stations throughout
- There is a one-way system for customers to navigate
- Protective screens are in place at tillpoints
- We are only accepting card payments
- Staff will have their temperatures checked regularly and be issued with PPE
Please be aware that there will be no click and collect service available.
