Liam Manning insists he will fight on after seeing Norwich lose 1-0 at Derby to drop into the Championship relegation zone.
Norwich failed to turn their first-half domination into a lead and Derby recovered to win through David Ozoh's 55th-minute strike.
Norwich expected a promotion tilt when they appointed Manning in the summer and he is fighting for job after presiding over a seven-game winless run.
Manning told BBC Radio Norfolk: "Everyone wants results. I joined the club to drive and push it forward.
"I think there's a realism of where we're at and the [players who score] goals that left in the summer.
