Norwich City Academy striker Abu Kamara says he is enjoying the new system that the under-23s are playing following a 5-3 victory over Leiston in pre-season.
Abu scored one and set up another in the match, which saw Norwich create several chances and score five good goals.
“I thought it was a bright performance from the lads because we have been working in training on this new formation that we have been playing and I thought we carried the press, out of possession, very well,” said Abu.
“It was really fluid between the units, so the midfielders were getting on the ball and having a lot of success and sliding the strikers through.
