Wisconsin linebacker Jack Cichy appeared to step on Northwestern running back Justin Jackson's face after tackling him during the two teams' matchup Saturday. Cichy had already committed a personal foul earlier in the game after hitting Wildcat quarterback Clayton Thorson out of bounds.
