Northwestern target and class of 2017 forward Savion Flagg has committed to Texas A&M, the Alvin, Texas product tweeted out Wednesday night.

Flagg, a highly-rated four star, had received offers from Power 5 programs across the nation, including Northwestern, and the Wildcats were thought to have a solid chance at securing the services of 247 Sports’ 67th best player in the class. A hyper-athletic 6-foot-6, 190-pound prospect, Flagg held 16 offers, per 247.

Where does Chris Collins go from here?

Per 247’s list, there are four uncommitted 2017 prospects holding a Northwestern offer, and Justin Smith can be ruled out of that group after Northwestern missed out on one of his earliest cutdowns.
