Basketball never sleeps, right?
Northwestern senior Scottie Lindsey participated in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament this past weekend, showing off his skills in preparation for the NBA Draft. The Portsmouth Invitational Tournament annually invites 64 of the nation’s best seniors to participate in a weekend basketball tournament in front of NBA representatives in hopes of gaining exposure headed into the NBA Draft.
Playing in three games for the K & D Rounds Landscaping team, Lindsey averaged 9.3 points per game, shooting 11-for-28 (39.3 percent) from the field and 5-for-15 (33.3 percent) from beyond the arc.
