Every few weeks at InsideNU we like to give an update on Northwestern’s non-revenue sports. We haven’t done a serious one in a while, so here it is:
Women’s Cross Country
This time we’re leading off with cross country for good reason. Northwestern made it to the Natty! True freshman Aubrey Roberts became the first Northwestern cross-country runner to compete in NCAA National Championships since Audrey Huth in 2010. Roberts had a huge race at the NCAA Midwest Regionals and finished in fourth, earning her a bid to the National Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana on November 19.
