Four-star 2018 wing Saddiq Bey announced his the final six schools he is considering on Twitter late Saturday night, and Northwestern made the cut.
As you can see, it’s an interesting final six, with Northwestern being joined by Xavier, Princeton, and a trio of ACC schools. Of the six, only NU, Xavier, and Miami made the NCAA Tournament last season.
Several notable programs who extended offers to Bey didn’t make the cut, including Florida, Georgetown, Notre Dame, Connecticut, and Virginia Tech.
Bey, who attends Sidwell Friends School in Washington D.C., is the No. 83 recruit in the class of 2018, according to 247 Sports’ composite rankings.
