Wiederkehr's other offers included the likes of Boston College, Louisville, Pittsburgh and Syracuse. The Wildcats also beat out Big Ten foes Rutgers, Purdue and Maryland for the offensive tackle, ranked the ninth-best recruit from the state of New York by 247Sports.
