Northwestern in the NFL, Week Six: Odenigbo leads the way with a season-best performance

In the final week before Wildcat football returns, four Pro ‘Cats took the field on Sunday. Two of them had standout games, while the other two days they’d probably like to forget.

While the Vikings dropped to 1-5 after getting boat raced by the formerly winless Falcons, Odenigbo stood out as a lone bright spot. The third-year defensive end racked up 1.5 sacks and five combined tackles, according to Pro Football Reference. After disappointing in the first four weeks of play, Odenigbo has recorded 2.5 sacks, eight tackles, 2 TFLs, four hits and played 72 percent of the total available snaps in the past two games.
