The Northwestern Wildcats got some extremely bad news just days before their season opener. Sophomore forward Vic Law announced on Wednesday that he will miss the 2015-2016 season to have surgery on his left shoulder. It turns out that the product of Chicago’s St. Rita High School has a torn labrum in said shoulder, and that surgery is his only option to fix it. It appears that Law first sustained the injury over the summer but wasn’t bothered by the pain and discomfort until recently.
