Northwestern women's lacrosse might not have had the year they were hoping for, but a pair of Wildcats were still recognized as some of the best the conference has to offer.
Senior Kaleigh Craig earned her first All-Big Ten honor unanimously after leading Northwestern in goals (41), points (52), and ground balls (29). Her 52 points have already matched her career high that she set last season, and she more than trebled her previous ground ball career high. Craig was expected to be Northwestern's secondary goal scorer, but for much of the season she ended up being the focal point of the Northwestern attack.
