Four-star guard Joe Bamisile changed his commitment from Northwestern to Virginia Tech, he announced via Twitter on Thursday. The Virginia native verbally committed to NU back in April.
He is ranked in the top 75 nationally by Rivals and was the lone member of the Wildcats’ class of 2020. Chris Collins now has more work to do on the recruiting trail as he has brought in some of the highest-rated recruits in program history but still has many scholarship spots to fill after several transfers this offseason.
Bamisile enjoyed a rise in interest over the past year and especially this summer.
