Northwestern guard Isiah Brown will transfer “in order to pursue playing options at another institution,” the program announced in a release Saturday morning.
The former three-star guard who set all kinds of scoring records at Seattle’s Lakeside High School spent two seasons as a Wildcat. As a freshman, he appeared in 35 games, averaging 14.8 minutes and 6.3 points per game. This year, those numbers dropped to 25, 10.8, and 3.9. Nine of his 11 games scoring in double figures came in 2016-17.
“We have enjoyed having Isiah as part of the program the last two seasons,” Sullivan-Ubben head men’s basketball coach Chris Collins said.
