Northwestern (15-7, 3-6 Big Ten) visits Iowa City Sunday to take on No. 3 Iowa (16-4, 7-1) in an early afternoon game that has the potential to turn ugly, quickly. Having lost four games in a row, the Wildcats are desperate for a victory, but those have been hard to come by against the Hawkeyes this season. Iowa currently sits a game behind Indiana in the win column for first place in the Big Ten.
Iowa, fresh off an extremely successful, albeit slightly surprising, football season, seems to have a similar season going on the hardcourt early in Big Ten play.
