After a much-needed eight-day stretch with just one game, a comfortable victory over Sacred Heart, Northwestern will take on Georgia Tech on Tuesday night, beginning a run of three games in six days that will tell us a lot about this basketball team.
The Wildcats (4-2) are back on the road for this year’s ACC-Big Ten Challenge game, taking on the Yellow Jackets (3-1) in Atlanta. It will be Northwestern’s fourth game against Georgia Tech (all since 2010), with NU holding a 2-1 advantage. The Cats haven’t played in Atlanta since John Shurna poured in 25 and 8 in a victory in 2011.
