Isiah Brown, a three-star point guard from Seattle, signed his National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Northwestern on Wednesday afternoon. Brown who attends Lakeside High School, was the second class-of-2016 prospect to commit to Northwestern after visiting Evanston in late May.
