After a blowout loss to No. 16 Michigan, the Wildcats dropped out of the rankings but hope to turn things around against their cross-state rival. NU will host a talented Illinois (8-3, 4-1 B1G) squad that ranks 12th in the nation and has all three of its losses this season coming to top-15 competition. It won’t be the easiest of teams to face as Ayo Dosunmu and co. make the trip up north, but a win could put Northwestern back in the rankings and back on track in the thick of Big Ten play.
