Four things to watch when Northwestern takes on Michigan State

After a week off for final exams, Northwestern (5-4) handled the Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville Cougars by a score of 72-54. Luckily for Chris Collins’ squad, its next date is with one of the best teams in the country. Tom Izzo’s no. 15 Michigan State Spartans (7-3) came into this season regarded as a national title contender, but losses to Kentucky, Duke and an unranked Virginia Tech have limited the excitement in East Lansing.
