The Wildcats' coaching staff has remained fully intact for the last five seasons. But is that a good thing?
Northwestern football greatly exceeded expectations in 2015, winning 10 regular season for the third time in school history. It was a very successful year for the program, which has broken ground on a state-of-the-art indoor facility and put together a few good recruiting classes in a row.
On the surface, it makes sense that Pat Fitzgerald, at his National Signing Day press conference last week, confirmed that his entire coaching staff will be back next season.
