Four-star small forward Caileigh Walsh announced her commitment to NU on Sunday night, as the future of Northwestern women’s basketball takes root after a record-setting season cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Gladstone, New Jersey, native, joins Melannie Daley, Jillian Brown and Hailey Weaver as those set to arrive in Evanston the fall of next year. Brown and Weaver are both top 100 talents, according to ESPN.
Daley hails from nearby New York, while Brown and Weaver come from Michigan and Ohio, respectively.
