Northwestern has added Valparaiso assistant coach Emanuel Dildy to its coaching staff to serve in the same capacity, the program announced Monday morning.
“I am tremendously excited to join the Northwestern University men’s basketball staff,” Dildy said via press release. “I’m extremely eager for the opportunity to help Coach Collins and staff continue to push the NU program to new heights both on and off the court.”
Dildy, a Chicago native, coached at Valpo for one season. He was an assistant at Missouri during the 2016-2017 season, and an assistant at Loyola-Chicago from 2013-2016. He played at New Mexico State for two seasons, before transferring to Eastern Illinois.
