After five-straight losses — one to Penn State and four to the conference's top four teams — Northwestern fell in our Big Ten Power Rankings for the second straight week. The Wildcats now sit in 10th place in the conference standings, just a half-game out of a tie for 11th with Penn State and Illinois, and that's exactly where they slot into our first rankings of February.
