The Utah Valley wrestling program is probably sick of wrestling Iowa schools.
Last week, the Wolverines went to Ames and were shut out by the up-and-coming Iowa State wrestling program. On Saturday, it was Northern Iowa’s turn, and the result was a Panther road victory.
Northern Iowa beat Utah Valley, 29-12, at Lockhart Arena in Orem, Utah. The Panthers, ranked 15th nationally by Trackwrestling, improve to 6-5 overall and 6-1 against Big 12 foes.
