So, officially, Iowa's three Division I wrestling program will take 24 total wrestlers to the NCAA Championships next week in St. Louis.
The top-ranked Hawkeyes are taking all 10 after Max Murin received an at-large bid at 149 pounds. Everybody else qualified through the Big Ten Championships last weekend.
Iowa State, ranked 11th in Trackwrestling's latest Division I team poll, will take eight. Kysen Terukina (125) and Sam Colbray (184) received at-large bids and will join Zach Redding (133), Ian Parker (141), Jarrett Degen (149), David Carr (157), Marcus Coleman (197) and Gannon Gremmel (285) at the national tournament.
