CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - The University of Northern Iowa women's basketball team will host its annual Golf Gig on Saturday, Aug. 20 at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
The outing will have a shotgun start at noon with a four-person best shot style tournament. It is $75 a person, $100 to sponsor a hole or $350 to sponsor a four-person team. Each group is teamed with a UNI women's basketball student-athlete with all proceeds going to the UNI women's basketball program.
The price to compete at UNI's annual Golf Gig includes green fees, golf cart, a UNI women's basketball t-shirt and dinner following the completion of the tournament.
