CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI wrestling was edged out 18-17 at home by Ohio on Sunday.
The Panthers fall to 3-7 overall and 2-4 in the MAC. Ohio improved 9-3 overall, 4-3 in the MAC.
UNI jumped out a 6-0 team lead with a first-period fall from Dylan Pceters at 125 pounds. No. 7 Peters now has 33 career falls. He is fifth among all Panthers for most career falls in UNI history. Moza Fay is fifth with 37.
"I thought he did a great job this weekend," said head coach Doug Schwab.
