AMES, Iowa – UNI wrestling put nine Panthers in the finals of the Harold Nichols, and five champions emerged.
In the open division, Taylor Lujan (174 pounds) won his second consecutive Harold Nichols title. Drew Foster (184 pounds) also claimed a title. Bryce Steiert fell 3-2 to All-American Evan Wick of Wisconsin, who finished third at the 2018 NCAA championships. At 141 pounds, Josh Alber and heavyweight Carter Isley also grabbed a second-place finishes.
