Carnes took part in the 60 meter dash semifinal race today, finishing with another fast time of 6.66. Carnes wrapped up his indoor season as one of the most decorated athletes to come through UNI, advancing his individual MVC title total to 10 after his 60 and 200 meter dash wins.
In the pentathlon, Knodle finished with 3,912 total points, placing 13th overall. She opened the day with a time of 8.42 in the 60 meter hurdles, placing her eighth in the field. She followed it up with marks of 5-2.50 in the high jump and 34-7.50 in the shot put.
