WATERLOO, Ill. — UNI women's golf teed off the first round of the 2023 Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Championships on Sunday morning, posting an impressive first round of play and ending the day just 5 shots off the team lead.
Missouri State leads the field with a team score of 315, with the Panthers sitting at 320. Belmont sits in third place at 322, followed by Southern Illinois at 323.
During the cool first day off play, Victoria Huadle led the Panthers with a 77 (+5) in the opening round, sitting in a six-way tie for second place after 18 holes.
