CEDAR FALLS, Ia. — The UNI women’s basketball team kept its hold on the top spot in the Missouri Valley Conference with a 65-41 win over Bradley Friday at the McLeod Center.
The Braves scored just six points in the second quarter, and a 25-12 Panther advantage in the third quarter helped put the game out of reach.
Madison Weekly paced UNI again, scoring a game-high 19 points in just 24 minutes. Teammate Amber Sorenson wasn’t far behind with 17 points. Stephanie Davison also pitched in double-digit points for the Panthers, who held a significant rebounding advantage (43-28).
