University of Northern Iowa head women's volleyball coach Bobbi Petersen announced the signing of Taylor Hedges for the 2016 roster.
Hedges (New Hartford, Iowa/Dike-New Hartford HS) earned all-state honorable mention honors as a senior. She earned second-team all-conference honors in helping the Wolverines to a state semifinal finish in 2015. Hedges was a member of Wolverines' 2012, 2013 and 2014 state championship squads in volleyball. Hedges earned first-team all-region honors in basketball as a senior. She is a four-time state qualifier in track and field and holds the school record in the 400-meter hurdles set in 2014.
