ST. LOUIS --- UNI's Isaiah Trousil and Carter Morton have been named the Missouri Valley Conference's (MVC) Male Track and Field Athletes of the Week, as announced by the league office on Wednesday afternoon.
Trousil, this week's male track honoree, earns his second MVC outdoor award of the season, while Morton, the conference's top male field athlete of the week, earns his first honor of the outdoor season.
Both Panther athletes secured first place finishes this past weekend competing at the 113th Drake Relays in Des Moines, with both setting new personal marks in their events.
