WATERLOO, Iowa—The UNI Panthers tennis squad held off the visiting Cougars of Southern Illinois Edwardsville, 4-3.
The Panther team of Reghan Lynch and Claudia Toledo earned their second-straight victory in the No. 1 doubles spot, defeating Lara Tupper and Ann-Christine Link, 6-2. Daisy Phillips and Olivia Fain won their second match in the No. 3 doubles spot to earn the doubles point for UNI, 7-6 (8-6).
Phillips, in the No. 4 singles spot, earned her third-straight victory, defeating Raillane Kamdem 6-0, 6-2.
