CHICAGO, Ill. - The University of Northern Iowa women's golf team looked poised to move up the standings on day two of the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Championship, however a handful of late bogeys left the Panthers in sixth place after 36 holes.
The Panthers had edged into fifth place with their sights set on fourth heading into the final set of holes at the Harborside International Golf Center (Port Course) in Chicago, Ill.
"We started really well today but just didn't finish the round the way we should have," UNI head coach John Bermel said.
