VALPARAISO, Indiana – The University of Northern Iowa women's basketball team (16-12, 12-5 MVC) had no trouble with Valparaiso (12-16, 5-12 MVC) on Thursday night, as the Panthers posted a dominating, 76-53 victory over the Crusaders.

The Panthers never trailed on Thursday night, leading by as much as 34 late in the third quarter as UNI improved to 16-12 overall and 12-5 in MVC action. The victory for UNI also marked its first win at Valpo since downing the Crusaders 82-72 on Dec.
