DALLAS, Texas - The University of Northern Iowa men's golf team shaved 12 shots off its opening round total and posted a team score of 299 on day two of the Bob Sitton Invitational. The tournament is being played at the TPC Four Seasons in Dallas.
UNI's Kyle Driscoll went on a birdie binge Tuesday with seven birdies on his scorecard. Driscoll fired a 2-under par 69 with birdies at holes No. 1, No. 3, No. 6, No. 7, No. 11, No. 13 and No. 14.
Dustin Atkinson fired his second straight 3-over round of 74.
