ARLINGTON, Texas – The UNI men's basketball team suffered their first loss of the season Saturday night, falling 74-65 to the Mavericks of the University of Texas-Arlington.
The Panthers were unable to get the offense moving with the same efficiency it had against Bemidji State a week ago, shooting just 39% from the field and 13.6% from beyond the arc.
Just a few minutes into the game the sophomore Tywhon Pickford made his first appearance in 2018 after being sidelined with injury for most of the offseason.
