CEDAR FALLS — Over the past 3 1/2 weeks, David Harris has been finding out that University of Northern Iowa athletics look much the same from the inside as they did from the outside.
The Panthers’ new director of athletics, who officially took over March 28, is learning as much as he can as quickly as he can while introducing himself to his staff and the community. It will take some time to process all that information and develop a strategic plan that will keep UNI athletics moving forward, but Harris can see there is one important resource already in place.
