CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Kent State extended its win streak to seven with a win against UNI wrestling Saturday night, 22-13.
UNI fell to 3-9 overall and 2-5 in the MAC. Kent State improved to 13-3 overall and 7-1 in the MAC.
UNI got off to a very offensive start with Dylan Peters at 125 pounds. He notched three takedowns in the first period to lead 7-3 to start the second period. He racked up more than two minutes of riding time to go on to win a 15-6 major decision over Kent State's Del Vinas.
