CHICAGO - UNI Track and Field 's Isaiah Trousil set a new MVC, facility and UNI program record to win the 200-meter dash at the Indoor Missouri Valley Championships.
Trousil posted a time of 20.72 seconds, breaking the record he set yesterday in the prelims. Trousil bested the MVC record of 21.15 set in 1990 by Drake's Kevin Little and the UNI record of 21.03 set by Brandon Carnes in 2017.
Trousil now sits 12th in the nation in the 200-meter dash, qualifying him for the NCAA Division I Championships.
Trousil also took second place in the 60-meter dash with a new personal best time of 6.
