ST. LOUIS – UNI's Rachel Koop has been named MVC Player of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Senior Rachel Koop continues to lead the NCAA in total assists and added 99 more in 9 sets last week. Koop recorded 49 assists in the Panthers 3-1 win over Illinois State, Koop also recorded 7 digs, 4 kills, 2 service aces, and a block assists to help the Panthers avenge there only MVC loss of the season. Koop led the Panthers to a five-set comeback win against Bradley on Saturday night, recording 50 assists.
