MINNEAPOLIS, Minn - The UNI volleyball team now has 14 members of the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-American (AVCA) team.
Senior Piper Thomas has been named an Honorable Mention All-American by the AVCA. The middle hitter finished her final season as a Panther with 465 kills, a .344 attack percentage, and 98 total blocks. Thomas is now a two-time AVCA Honorable Mention All-American, earning the same honor as a junior.
"We are so incredibly proud of Piper and what she had meant to our program over the years," stated Head Coach Bobbi Petersen.
