Freshman Kiki Connell dominated the field in her collegiate debut placing 7th with a time of 14:14.9 and mile time at 5:43.8. Connell is only one of 3 freshmen to place in the top 10 at this meet behind Drake standout Brooke Mullins and in front of Iowa State's Taylor Briggs.
