DES MOINES, Iowa – The UNI men and women swept the Jim Duncan Invite hosted by Drake University winning the men's team meet with a score of 94 points and the women's meet with a score of 82.
The UNI men tallied 12 event wins and 26 top-three finishes. The Panther women won seven events and earned 23 top-three marks.
On the men's side, Tayshaun Cooper won the 100-meter dash, Ryan VanBaale won the 200-meter dash, Corey Hertz won the 400-meter dash, CJ May won the 1,500-meter dash, Drake Henrichs won the 5,000-meter run and the Panthers won the 4x400-meter relay.
