VERMILLION, South Dakota - It was another defensive battle for the Panthers (2-5-1) who ultimately fell to the South Dakota Coyotes (4-1-2) on Sunday afternoon 0-1.
In a Senior Day rematch, the UNI women's soccer team traveled to South Dakota University to take on the Coyotes for the second game of their season series. It was the Coyotes Senior Day game, where USD was able to take another 0-1 win from the Panthers with a second half goal.
Similar to the team's first matchup of the season last week, UNI had a strong first half taking 5 shots and keeping the Coyotes limited to just 2 shots.
