CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - For the second week in a row, the UNI Panther football program shined from its representation in the National Football League, dominantly on the defensive side of the ball.
In his second preseason game with the Pittsburgh Steelers, L.J. Fort put in big minutes and landed even bigger tackles, coming away with four. All four of his tackles were unassisted, also adding a quarterback hurry to his stat line.
The Chicago Bears faced off against the New Englad Patriots, with Deiondre' Hall recording two tackles, including one solo. Two former Panthers faced off against each other in the Oakland Raiders and Green Bay Packers match up, with the Packers coming out on top, 20-12.
